Water Service
The City of Castlewood operates its own municipal water system.
Water Rates
- $36.00 per month for the first 2,000 gallons
- $6.50 per 1,000 gallons for usage over 2,000 gallons
Residents can view important information about the city’s water supply in the Annual Drinking Water Report.

Garbage Collection
Residential garbage collection is provided through Bass Sanitary Services and billed through the City of Castlewood.
Garbage Rate
- Residential garbage service is $27.88 per month (including sales tax).
- Commercial garbage service is contracted separately through Bass Sanitary Services.

- Residential pickup of garbage on Friday mornings.
